Testimonials and reviews should be collected from real users, customers, partners, or testers with permission. Sample reviews should not be used as paid marketing proof unless they are clearly replaced with verified feedback.
Any edited review should preserve the user's actual meaning. Incentivized reviews should be disclosed where applicable, and negative feedback should not be hidden in a misleading way.
